The APEX Obstacle Course is one of the most exciting days of the year and we need your help to make it a success! Volunteers will help guide students through obstacles, mark laps on their shirts, and hand out water. Pick a time slot (or two!) and come bee part of the fun!

What Is APEX?
Get ready to LEVEL UP with this year’s APEX fundraiser! From August 18–28, our school will be buzzing with energy as students build character, set goals, and race through an exciting obstacle course event—all while raising money to support our campus.
APEX is a high-energy, fun-filled fundraiser that brings together fitness, leadership lessons, and school spirit! APEX team members visit classrooms daily to teach positive character traits and get students pumped for the big day.
Key Dates
Kickoff Pep Rally: Monday, August 18 at 8:15 AM – Blacktop
Obstacle Course Day: Thursday, August 28 – During Specials
This Year’s Goals
• Funds raised through APEX will help support:
• Replacing or repairing classroom carpets
• Creating individual literacy kits for every student
• Providing teacher grants
• Bringing authors and motivational speakers to campus
• Supporting character-building opportunities
• Updating campus safety signage
How to Help Raise Funds
• Encourage your child to ask family and friends for pledges—every dollar makes a difference!
• APEX provides each student with a personalized fundraising page that’s easy to share by text, email, or social media.
• The more pledges, the more fun—and the more we can give back to our school!
• All students will receive a heather blue shirt, wristband, and access badge—even if they don’t fundraise!
Daily Fun & Lessons
• The APEX team will be on campus every day leading:
• Morning classroom visits
• Pep rally-style energy and announcements
• End-of-day high-fives
• Leadership lessons that focus on character and teamwork
• Each class works together as a team to earn rewards and celebrate progress!
Volunteers Needed!
We’ll need 16–18 volunteers per rotation on Obstacle Course Day.
Help us cheer on students, manage the course, pass out water, and keep the event running smoothly!
